Facebook宣布取消用户数据政策提案 |

Facebook宣布将不再提供设备层面的报告,各广告主对此表示高度关注,Facebook也做出回应。 遭到各大合作发行商的反对后,Facebook今日决定更改此前关于移动用户数据管理变革的计划。 该政策原计划于11月4日开始执行,由于引起了各大发行商的恐慌,Facebook现决定停止此计划。上个月GamesBeat在一篇独家报道中表示,这些发行商担心该政策会迫使他们移交专属数据,以获得PC和移动端的广告宣传实效性所需的信息。 我们请Facebook对此作出评论,Facebook今日向GamesBeat确认将撤销该政策。今日早些时候,GamesBeat曾得到消息,Facebook将要撤销政策提案。之后Facebook在广告出版物AdExchanger公布此消息。 Facebook发言人Mike Manning表示,“我们希望广告主根据他们业务目标的实现情况来评估Facebook”。“我们建议广告主以人为基准进行衡量,这样可以保证信息来自于不同的用户,而不是不同的手机。我们认为设备层面的报告不是衡量广告实效性最准确的方法,我们建议广告主根据自己的关注点来衡量广告的效果。为了帮助广告主做到这一点,我们会继续让广告主可以接收手机APP广告追踪合作伙伴的设备层面报告”。 Facebook表示正在改变手机用户数据处理方式,将限制给予Kochava,Adjust, 及 Appsflyer等数据追踪合作伙伴的数据中关于具体用户设备的信息。Facebook称,追踪合作伙伴仍可以获得设备层面的用户数据,但追踪合作伙伴不可以再传播给发行商。 这些第三方公司为发行商提供决定性设备层面数据,帮助他们计算手机用户的终身价值(在游戏上的花销)。这样,发行商可以计算出他们在手机广告宣传方面应该投资多少,并计算出盈利情况。…
