1. SPONSOR
This sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Kochava Inc., 201 Church Street, Sandpoint, ID 83864 (the “Sponsor”).
2. ELIGIBILITY
The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, and agents of Sponsor, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, retailers, sales representatives, advertising and promotion agencies (collectively, the “Sweepstakes Entities”), and members of the immediate family (spouse, parents, children, and siblings and their spouses) or households (whether related or not) of such employees, officers, directors, and agents are not eligible to enter or win.
Additionally, employees, officers, directors, contractors, and agents of the following companies and their subsidiaries are not eligible to enter: AppsFlyer Ltd., Adjust GmbH, Branch Metrics, Inc., Singular Labs, Inc., and any other company that directly competes with Sponsor in the mobile measurement and attribution industry as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion (collectively, “Competitor Companies”). Members of the immediate family (spouse, parents, children, and siblings and their spouses) or households (whether related or not) of such employees, officers, directors, contractors, and agents are also not eligible to enter or win.
Attendance at MAU Las Vegas or any Sponsor event is NOT required to enter or win.
This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
3. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD
The Sweepstakes begins on May 19, 2026 at 12:00:00 AM Pacific Time (“PT”) and ends on June 2, 2026 at 11:59:59 PM PT (the “Sweepstakes Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Sweepstakes Period will not be eligible. Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for this Sweepstakes.
4. HOW TO ENTER
To enter the Sweepstakes, visit kochava.com/mau-elevate-your-coffee-game/ during the Sweepstakes Period and complete the online entry form with all required information, including your full name, email address, company name, and job title. After submitting your entry, you will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes.
LIMIT: One (1) entry per person/email address for the duration of the Sweepstakes Period. Multiple entries from the same person or email address will be disqualified. Use of any automated or mechanical means to enter is prohibited and will result in disqualification.
BONUS ENTRIES: After completing your initial entry, you will receive a unique referral link. You may earn additional entries by sharing your unique referral link with others. For each new person who enters the Sweepstakes using your unique referral link, you will receive one (1) additional entry, and the person who enters using your link will also receive one (1) additional entry. There is no limit to the number of bonus entries you may earn through referrals, provided each referral is a unique individual who has not previously entered the Sweepstakes. Self-referrals and referrals of individuals who have already entered will not be counted toward bonus entries.
All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. Proof of submission does not constitute proof of receipt by Sponsor. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, illegible, or misdirected entries, which will be disqualified.

PRIZE CONDITIONS:
The Prize will be ordered new and is provided “AS-IS” with NO WARRANTY OR GUARANTEE from Sponsor, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Sponsor is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or otherwise associated with Breville USA, Inc. or Breville Pty Limited. Any product warranty is provided solely by the manufacturer. Winner must resolve any and all product defects, malfunctions, service issues, warranty claims, or customer service inquiries directly with Breville USA, Inc. or an authorized Breville service provider. Sponsor assumes no responsibility or liability whatsoever for the quality, performance, operation, or defects of the Prize.
Winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes, including income taxes, associated with Prize acceptance and use. Winner will receive an IRS Form 1099-MISC reflecting the actual retail value of the Prize and must report the Prize as income for tax purposes.
No substitution, assignment, transfer, or cash equivalent of Prize is permitted, except by Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in the event the Prize or any portion thereof is unavailable for any reason. Prize is awarded “as won” with no warranty or guarantee. Winner is responsible for any costs or expenses associated with Prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being awarded.
Prize will be shipped to Winner at the address provided by Winner within approximately two (2) to four (4) weeks after Winner’s completion of all required paperwork. Sponsor is not responsible for any shipping delays, damage during shipping, or Prize delivery failures caused by incorrect address information provided by Winner or by third-party shipping carriers.
6. ODDS OF WINNING
The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period, including all base entries and bonus entries earned through referrals.
7. WINNER SELECTION
On or about June 3, 2026, one (1) potential Grand Prize Winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The drawing will be conducted by Sponsor or its designated agent, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes.
Entrants who earn bonus entries through referrals will have their additional entries included in the random drawing. For example, an entrant with one (1) base entry plus three (3) bonus entries will have a total of four (4) entries in the random drawing.
8. WINNER NOTIFICATION
The potential Winner will be notified by email and/or telephone at the contact information provided at the time of entry within approximately three (3) business days of the Winner selection. If thepotential Winner does not respond to the notification within forty-eight (48) hours of the first notification attempt, or if the notification is returned as undeliverable, or if the potential Winner is found to be ineligible or not in compliance with these Official Rules, the potential Winner will be disqualified and an alternate Winner may be selected from the remaining eligible entries.
9. PUBLICITY RIGHTS
Except where prohibited by law, entry into the Sweepstakes constitutes Winner’s consent to Sponsor’s use of Winner’s name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions, biographical information, hometown, and state for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration.
10. GENERAL CONDITIONS
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, human error, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. If any provision of these Official Rules is found to be unenforceable, all other provisions will remain in full force and effect.
11. RELEASE AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
By entering the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sweepstakes Entities, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of any Prize, including, but not limited to: (a) unauthorized human intervention in the Sweepstakes; (b) technical errors related to computers, servers, providers, or telephone or network lines; (c) printing errors; (d) lost, late, postage-due, misdirected, or undeliverable mail; (e) errors in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; (f) injury or damage to persons or property, including death; or (g) defects in, quality of, or performance issues with the Prize.
THE RELEASED PARTIES ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR PRIZE QUALITY, DEFECTS, MALFUNCTIONS, OR PERFORMANCE. WINNER ACKNOWLEDGES THAT THE PRIZE IS PROVIDED “AS-IS” AND THAT ANY WARRANTY COVERAGE IS PROVIDED SOLELY BY THE MANUFACTURER. SPONSOR MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO THE PRIZE.
In no event will the Released Parties be liable for any damages or losses of any kind, including direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any Prize.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitations or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so the above may not apply to you.
12. DISPUTES
Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the Sweepstakes or any Prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in Bonner County, Idaho. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, entrant’s rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of the Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Idaho, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules.
13. PRIVACY AND DATA COLLECTION
By entering the Sweepstakes, entrants consent to Sponsor’s collection, use, and disclosure of their personal information as described in these Official Rules and in Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available at [YOUR PRIVACY POLICY URL]. Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.
By entering, entrants agree to receive email communications from Sponsor related to the Sweepstakes, including but not limited to entry confirmation, referral notifications, contest updates, and winner announcements. Entrants may also opt in to receive marketing communications from Sponsor; such consent is optional and is not required to enter or win.
Sponsor will not sell or share entrant information with third parties except as necessary to administer the Sweepstakes or as required by law.
14. FRAUD AND DISQUALIFICATION
Any use of robotic, automatic, programmed, or similar entry methods or agents will void all entries by that entrant and result in disqualification. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any entries that it believes in good faith are generated by an automated or fraudulent means or that otherwise do not comply with these Official Rules.
Examples of conduct that may result in disqualification include but are not limited to:
- Submitting multiple entries using the same email address
- Creating fake or fraudulent referrals
- Using bots, scripts, or automated systems to generate entries
- Providing false or misleading information in the entry form
- Attempting to tamper with the Sweepstakes administration
- Violating these Official Rules in any way
Sponsor reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entries and to disqualify any entrant found to be in violation of these Official Rules.

Breville®, Breville Barista Touch®, and all related trademarks, logos, and trade dress are registered trademarks or trademarks of Breville Pty Limited and/or Breville USA, Inc. and are used under license or with permission. This Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Breville Pty Limited, Breville USA, Inc., or any of their affiliates.
16. WINNER LIST
The Winner’s first name, last initial, and city/state may be announced publicly on Sponsor’s social media channels on or about June 6, 2026.
