IdentityLink® | Definition
IdentityLink® is a Kochava solution that helps marketers link user identity across devices and households. Through IdentityLink, a marketers’ internal identifiers (eg, user_id, subscriber_id, reward_member_id, etc.) can be passed with all user engagement data (app installs, in-app events, website visitation, etc.). These user-level identifiers can then be used to holistically measure individual identities and accounts as they move across brand touchpoints. It also helps marketers join Kochava reporting data to their internal data warehouse, business intelligence tools, and more.
