How to get started with the new Kochava Cost
The new Kochava Cost is available to all enterprise customers and accounts using the legacy cost solution. The first step is to reach out to your Client Success Manager or email Support@Kochava.com to be granted access to the new Cost module in your account dashboard.
If you’re a Free App Analytics customer or on a non-enterprise plan, please contact Support@Kochava.com for information on upgrading your account tier to access this new feature.
Once you’re granted access, you will be provided with a migration guide. This migration guide gives you step-by-step instructions on how to:
- Add new media partners within the Configurations dashboard
- Verify ad signal compatibility
- View cost data in analytics
- Run new cost reports
- Find new cost data tables in Kochava Query
